All our bangles are handmade lac and glass products. Because of their delicate, handcrafted nature and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size selected, or minor colour/design variations, which are natural in handmade products.
Damaged, broken or wrong item
- If your order arrives broken, damaged or you receive a wrong item, please contact us on WhatsApp +91 93223 21822 within 48 hours of delivery.
- A complete unboxing video (from opening the sealed parcel till the product is shown) is mandatory for any damage or wrong-item claim. Claims without an unboxing video cannot be accepted.
- After verification, we will send a replacement of the same product, or if the product is not available, a refund.
Refunds
- Approved refunds are made to the original payment method (via Razorpay) within 5–7 working days of approval. The time taken by your bank to show the credit may vary.
- Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched for a full refund. Once dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled.
