This website, ascbangles.com (“ASC Bangles”), is operated by ASC Fashion Store Pvt. Ltd., Pune, India. By visiting our website or purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms.
1. Products
Our bangles are handmade. Slight differences in colour, stone placement and finish from the photos are natural and are not defects. Product colours may look slightly different on different screens.
2. Sizes
Please choose your bangle size (2.2, 2.4, 2.6 or 2.8) carefully. If you are unsure, contact us on WhatsApp before ordering. Wrong size selection is not covered for return or exchange.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes. Delivery within India is free. All payments are made online through our secure payment partner Razorpay; we do not store your card or bank details. We reserve the right to change prices and to cancel any order in case of pricing errors, stock unavailability or suspected fraud, with a full refund.
4. Orders
An order is confirmed only after successful payment. We may contact you on WhatsApp or phone to confirm your order or address.
5. Shipping, returns and refunds

6. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including photos, text, the ASC name and the ASC logo, belongs to ASC Fashion Store Pvt. Ltd. and may not be copied or used without written permission.
7. Limitation of liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
